permits from the US Census Bureau. This data is available at the State and
metropolitan area level and is updated monthly. Through EWHotSpots.com you will
be able to access current month, prior year, and comparisons of current year to
date versus the prior year. The prior month’s data will be available in
EWHotSpots.com within the first 10 days of the new month (i.e. May data will be
updated by June 10th.) The US Census Bureau provides it’s Building
permits data according to the OMB Metropolitan and Micropolitan Statistical
